There is legal uncertainty regarding Cryptocurrency transactions.
At the time of writing, the UK FCA have stated
Consultation Paper CP19/3 - Guidance on Cryptoassets. Paragraph 3.38 states that the buying and selling of exchange tokens is currently outside regulation, but paragraph 3.41 states that this may change, and is under formal consultation by Her Majesty's Treasury.

Purchase & Delivery Terms
Method of payment: The Buyer must make payment using the on-line merchant tools. No Refunds. All sales are final. Delivery time is dependent upon network activity, but should be quick.
Warranty & Liability
Risk of loss: In the event of a transaction interruption, the Buyer must provide evidence of the purchase so that the Seller can attempt to help. No consequential damages: The Seller can never be liable to the Buyer for consequential damages, including, but not limited to lost profits. Assumption of risk: The Cryptocurrency markets are volatile, so the Buyer must understand the Seller cannot predict the outcome of Mincoin value. The Buyer is assumed to have knowledge of the risks involved in Cryptocurrency transactions and the potential of loss. Therefore, the Buyer has no recours whatsoever against the Seller for damages or liabilities suffered by the Buyer due to market performance.
Financial regulation compliance
The Buyer is wholly responsible for understanding Cryptocurrency laws in their jurisdiction.

Mincoin has been around since 2013. Read the White Paper for more information.
To start, if you haven't already done so, you will need a Wallet. Choose your platform and download the zip file. Unzip the file and navigate to the bin folder. Double click mincoin-qt.exe to install.
The first synchronisation will take a while, so be patient. And that's it. You have a Mincoin wallet installed.
Open your Wallet and navigate to File -> Receiving Addresses. Copy the address to your clipboard. You will need this address when you make your purchase.
You have made your first purchase. Open your Mincoin Wallet. Your balance reflects your purchase.
It is recommended to encrypt your Wallet followed by a backup.
Your purchase cannot be completed at present as we have insufficient Mincoins to fulfill your order.
A small Mincoin transaction fee will be deducted from the requested amount.
A purchase is final. There can not be any refunds!
